He was incredibly helpful with our initial call and while quoting for us, personable, knowledgeable, and beyond patient with our many questions (even though it was all after hours). His price was the best one of the 4 that we had quote and yet there was nothing "budget" about the project or his service. A quality water heater and a job very well done. Francisco responded to my call late on a Friday and came quickly. He diagnosed the problem and let me know it couldn't be addressed until next week, as he would need to order parts. But he set me up so I could make it through the weekend until the repair could be done.
