"The plumbing technicians came out as promised to assess the leak. They were both very courteous and kind and assessed the damage. I am giving three stars because they estimated the cost to be almost 250% higher than what the actual cost was to fix the issue. I am sure there are customers out there that would just accept any bid however, please get multiple beds for these projects, especially when working with this company as they will inflate the cost to take advantage of the situation. I ended up only paying for the $79 estimate."

"Though I am happy with the final result, I feel that TJ did a bit of a bait and switch. The person who showed up, Felipe, was from a different company. "TJ" quoted me $900 for the job and $300 to move washer and dryer to access the main valves. That's $1,200. In the end, washer and dryer were not moved. But I did ask them to replace a faucet cartridge in my bathtub, which they did. But before that, Felipe had managed to turn off the water to my unit without moving washer and dryer. He then had to cut into drywall to locate the outbound pipes, but made a mistake. The next cut he made found the water pipes but these were the wrong pipes. An emergency water shutoff to the building was required. In the end, the bill was for $1,800. They did not take credit card. No receipt was given to itemize work done. These guys, from Moor Plumbing Solutions, did work hard and got the job done but there was a serious lack of transparency from the very beginning, not to mention a near disaster."

"I sent the request out last night, I quickly got messages from different Pro, who wanted to help on this project, I picked Chandler's Plumbing, and asked if they can come at 5 PM. I got off work at 4 PM and try to reach home before 5 PM. When I got back home at about 4:30 Josh was already there. This is a friendly and quick guy. He did the job professionally, and clean up the area quickly. Great person, great respond and profession!"

"Javier is a full-on crook. He was brought on by my general contractor to do some handy work. He took a deposit and did disgusting work. A high school project could not be this poor in quality. We asked him if he wanted to continue and do real work and he elected to quit and return the $1000 deposit. He is since then evaporated, never to be seen or reachable. Avoid the hassle of a lawsuit. Stay away."

"So far so good. Snaking of kitchen sink with very old pipes. Hopefully snake did not poke pipes. Only time will tell. Keeping fingers crossed. They did a good job explaining and triple checked for leaks before they left. Of course they tried to upsell and gave us a metal trap they did not quote us upfront for. We would have chosen it over plastic, but price difference would need to be cleared upfront. That's the only negative. Otherwise, thus far we are very happy with the result. Thank you for coming on such short notice and on time! Super appreciated. 4.5-5 stars."

"Water leaked in the middle of a tiled kitchen. Excellent work diagnosing a leak. Quickly replaced the garbage disposer. Only 2-3 hours after I called and everyhing was all done. Left the place neat too. Good communication. Kudos to Jose. He’s an asset to his employer."
