"We needed a couple of locks rekeyed. We were able to make an appointment for the next week and the locksmith arrived at the time scheduled. He worked steadily and had the work done in no time. There was a problem with the credit card reader so we provided a check for the service. But the credit card went through anyway. Locksmith mailed back our check and a receipt so very good follow-up. I would hire again."

The technician was able to easily pull the key out, but couldn't provide a replacement key that worked. No problem with service, but felt the $75 trip charge was extraordinarily high for 5 minutes of work."

Yes, keyless locks can be quite safe, but their security depends on the type and quality of the lock you choose. Many keyless locks offer added features like biometric access, PIN codes, and smartphone connectivity, making them potentially more secure than traditional locks. However, keyless locks can also be susceptible to hacking, battery failure, or technical malfunctions, so it's important to choose a reliable brand and stay on top of software updates and maintenance.
