"Chad and his crew were absolutely amazing. From the first sales call, until the last nail of completion, I knew we could count on him. He had been referred, and we immediately felt comfortable with Chad, as he patiently explained the value in a significant undertaking - this roof will be there another 200 years, the quality is just that good! The work was on-time, professional, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up when they are done. We plan to use Metal Roofs Direct for other roofs when the time comes!"

He and his crew kept to their promised schedule and exacting details like designing an overhanging rubber roof to drain properly and installing a new solar style Velux window and shade. Ben's paperwork and communication skills are clear, prompt, and professional. Best of all is experiencing the joy this company has in producing an A+ product."

"I was very impressed with Denver customer service. He was very prompt in responding to all questions and concerns. This greatly impressed me. Work started on time and was finished the same day. Cleanup was very thorough. Only two small problems. The satellite dish was removed then reattached the wrong way. Denver made sure this was taken care of. The bundles of heavy shingles that were repeatedly dropped on the roof caused one light fixture in one of the bedrooms to come loose. This was immediately fixed. Denver apologized and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Double D Builders."
