Bill came out soon on the same day as my urgent call, added a deadbolt, and changed out the locking door knob for a nonlocking knob. Problem solved, Then he secured the overhead shed door for us as well. We were really pleased and relieved to have all this taken care of so easily, and everything was super clean when he finished
