Precision Overhead Garage Door Service

We were having issues with our garage door - thought we needed a new spring. Precision recommended we replace door and motor. We hired and paid them to replace both. They replaced the door. When we continued to have problems with door not opening/closing fully, Precision sent another worker out to check it and said our motor was very old. We reminded them that they had just replaced our door and motor. They discovered they hadn't replaced the motor. Eventually our motor was replaced. Currently it works the way it should. Concerns - the main problem we asked them to fix - the motor, was not replaced. Our springs took on more strain while the garage door was opened and closed by the old motor they left. Work did not meet expectations - quality or timeliness. Loss of time & loss of access to fully use our garage made for inconveniences. Expensive product. Quality and work did not meet the cost. With our persistence, we got them to eventually fulfill our contract.

Fast service and well done replacing the door opener and tuning up the hardware

What little I know about construction is why I rated this. The guy who installed explained everything so nicely. I did not know about a locking feature on my door. So great that all was explained. So quiet, solid and pretty.

Super positive experience with both Cameron during the initial discussion and scheduling and especially with the technician Kurt Schneider. He was extremely professional and personable - walked me through everything he observed with the existing system and clearly laid out the options for repairs and upgrades. After completing the work he made sure I understood all the functionality of the new system. Really impressed with their service and workmanship!

Very honest

Garage door wouldn't close today. Asked for quotes and they were the first call I received. Arrived in an hour. Derek was very nice and got it fixed. Turned out we needed new rollers. Would use them again

It has been some time since I had my garage door repaired but that s a testament to how good they are. I haven t had a problem since. My garage door stopped lifting. The repairman replaced the old pulley system with a bar. Now my door lifts easily.

When they were running late, they should have notified me.Instead, I didn't know if coming after an hour behind; I needed to call them and check. Glad I was off as they were 3 hrs late.

They arrived in the first hour of the 4 hour window that I was given which was a pleasant surprise. After investigating what was causing my opener to be jerky when operating, they quickly repaired the opener.
