"Locked out of my house. Called a dispatch service who put me through to them, told them I was locked out and they would be here in 30 minutes. Asked for a price (There website says upfront with no hidden fees) and they did not give me one and just said it would depend on the lock. Arrived and looked at my locks saying my front door was cheaper to open, again no price given, and when he was done in less than 5 minutes he says my bill is 308$. Normal expected amounts range from 50$ to 250$, they claimed they charged that much cause it was on a weekend (It was a friday evening) and they would not refund my money and would "Give a discount next time"."

"We needed a couple of locks rekeyed. We were able to make an appointment for the next week and the locksmith arrived at the time scheduled. He worked steadily and had the work done in no time. There was a problem with the credit card reader so we provided a check for the service. But the credit card went through anyway. Locksmith mailed back our check and a receipt so very good follow-up. I would hire again."
