"I was amazed at how quickly the company responded to our questions and actually came out to look at the well. When the serviceman, Ezra, determined that there was a hole in the pipe leading to the well as well as a 20+ year old pump, he gave us several options as to how to address the problem from simply replacing the pipe, to replacing the pump and the pipe, to capping the well  and hooking up to city water, each with its pluses and minuses.When he replaced the pump he decided to pull it from the ground by hand rather than driving his truck over the lawn Wow! "Monte was very responsive to our request when we inquired on here if he was able to do the project. We used the 4 hour handyman service coupon offer. He came to our house a week ago to look at everything and formulate a plan and make sure we had the things needed to install. We scheduled an appointment for a week later. He was here 10 minutes early which was fine and began right away with cutting out the cabinet, installing the power source and new breaker and the plumbing. He did have to leave for about 30 minutes to get a couple parts for the plumbing and bracket to mount the dishwasher to the counter as the open box special dishwasher that we purchased did not have one with it. He worked quickly and was very detailed with his work. After installing it there was a gap in the baseboard between the cabinet and the dishwasher and he asked if I would like it covered and suggested using a piece of the cabinet that was removed and calking it in. I looks great and I couldn't be happier!  I will definitely be contacting Monte for any other home projects in the future!"

"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."
