It’s very hard to find a good plumber in this area, but John from Cardinal was great! He was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Finally, a good, competent company!

We were very satisfied with the job that was done on our air conditioner. This was on a maintenance schedule that we have with Cardinal. They call us Tehran our services are and we set up an appointment. Very easy.

We had a garbage disposal replaced. The first replacement had an issue so the technician called for another replacement and that one worked great! Technician was professional and friendly, and did a great job!

Paul was very friendly and helpful. He explained how the toilet was leaking and other possible causes for the small pool of water near the water shutoff valve. This was a revisit from work earlier done which had a larger leak.

Excellent, Excellent experience with Cardinal! Replaced hot water heater, water softener, two toilets and outdoor spigots. The two-person crew was highly professional, and provided top notch service and expertise. Highly recommend Cardinal for plumbing and electrical and HVAC needs.

updated review Reconsider other options. Had a $27,700 furnace/heat pump installed 3 months ago (they were going to install one less zone then quoted until i showed them their quote and then they did not leave a start up sheet as requested) and first time turning on ac and heated air came out. Requested start up sheet again and it states cooling was tested which at least that section - apparently was a complete lie – RETROACTIVE FALSIFICATION OF DOCUMENTATION. Called for service for next time off 5 days later and was required to be on call with 20minutes notice for the entire day – “typical cardinal procedure” (Jasmine – “we give you 20 minutes notice so not to inconvenience you) till 230pm – which after much side stepping Andy finally admitted that customers to be oncall was not in the contract, after repeated request s for on call documentation and Andy’s intial reply that i would be “talked to” by a tech when they arrived. Jasmine said it was emergency repair for a system that should have been installed correctly but was not able to schedule after hours – then could but would charge. Requested at least a 2 hour window for tech to show up but was refused. Ian D. showed up and stated wires/switch were not installed correctly – surprise – never even tested (no wonder a start up sheet was not left at install) – and “never should of happened.” Asked why I had to be on call to compensate for mis-install – ‘I am not the scheduling department.’ Ask Ian to fill out a diagnostic repair sheet (22words) said he had to leave and had an important phone call and was not suppose to even be on service call that I was waiting for on call, for the entire day. Ian did return 15min later since his phone call was canceled. Asked for a quote to install my uv light (drill 4 holes and plug into outlet) $287. Maybe you don’t have a job and can be on call for free 24/7, spend more than 28k, and only expect half of the things to work, be blatantly lied to and only care of your beliefs in fair pricing and professionalism – then I could recommend cardinal – so far.

This was my first time using Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning, and it was a fantastic experience. I received a phone call asking me if I wanted to schedule my annual air conditioning check, and when I said yes, the scheduler informed me that she could have a technician come out that day. The technician arrived within a couple of hours and did a thorough check. Everything checked out, and I am ready for the hot summer months.

My service technician, Mason, arrived on time and got straight to work. He was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing as he was doing it, and prior to doing it. He arrived with another associate, and both men were very nice. I like the fact that they’re thoroughly explain everything and don’t try to pressure you into buying anything at the very end. He fully explained that in a few months I would be due for another filter, but that everything else was OK. He also explained what would happen if I did not change the filter which was helpful. I would highly recommend Cardinal if you are in need of heating or air conditioning repair or service.

I was very satisfied with the service maintenance check up provided by Cardinal Heating & Air Conditioning. Nicolas arrived promptly and was very professional and friendly, He succinctly explained what he checked, changed the furnace filter, and pointed out aspects of the furnace to be observant of.

I am so appreciative of Matt, he came to disconnect my sinks for a countertop update . He also gave me his opinion concerning plumbing in my showers. He went out of his way to answer questions.
