It went well. He came in and got right to work. He finished quickly. We are loving our new faucet.

Plumber was skillful and professional. Management was disorganized, unhelpful, provided very poor customer service; gave an appointment and then ”forgot” about it. The manager didn't seem to keep any records or know what he was doing.

The plumber was very friendly and professional. The price they quoted me was over $200 less than other plumbers for the same level of service. I was very pleased with the competence of the plumber. He took the time to explain the controls to me, the type of salt I should use, and how much salt for my new water softener. He was an hour late, however he finished the job in less time than I was quoted.

Asked for a outdoor spigot replacement.  Came and said it is fine (which it is not) and charged us $66.00 for 5 minutes of time.  Was rude and unprofessional.  

It went great. The plumber was friendly and completed the work on-time and under-budget and worked with me every step of the way to insure everything I wanted was completed.

I called early on Friday morning and they couldn't get to me until Monday if that was OK.  About noon on Friday they called and said they could squeeze us in on Friday.  The plumber came.  Cleared the clogged sink and replaced the cartridge in the faucet.  He was done in less than an hour and cleaned up after himself.  Great experience.

the old softener was running constantly *went through 100lbs of salt in a day* and we were unable to turn the softener off.  Owner of FP came an hour after returning my call; he turned the malfunctioning softener off and scheduled to install a new softener system the following day.  His son did the installation with his father (owner of business) checking in periodically to offer assistance.)  Very fine people who did a complete job, leaving the work area clean and tidy upon completion of work.  Owner checked back with me a few weeks after installation to ensure all was working well.

Great job. Aaron knew what to do and was able to complete the job in short time with the proper tools,and gave some tips on the process.

Fitchburg Plumbing did a great job fixing our water heater!  Everything was done fast and it was cost-effective.  We did have to wait on a part that needed to be delivered while they were at our home fixing the water heater, but we were not charged during for the added delivery time.  Friendly and effective!

Top notch job.  He was very detail orientated installing the new dishwasher, making sure everything was level, even took time to read the manual to make sure he wasn't missing anything.  First time using Fitchburg plumbing, won't be the last time.

Called one day, work was done noon the next day.

He was very professional and explained to me how the original plumbing--NOT done by Fitchburg Plumbing--hadn't been correctly installed, leading to a problem with the kitchen sink. As a result of the original installation, it took him longer to get the new kitchen faucet correctly installed. He did a great job with that and with the new showerheads. I'd used another plumbing company in the past and found their prices were rather ridiculously high. Fitchburg has always responded quickly and their pricing is fair.

Fitchburg Plumbing seemed very knowledgeable about the available water softeners and helped us to make our decision to use Capital.  They gave us a good price, slightly less than Capital would have charged to install the same unit.  They showed up on time, when promised, installed the new unit, removed the old unit and provided us with some helpful ongoing maintenance suggestions.  They seemed to do the job very efficiently and left the area clean.  All in all, a very satisfactory experience.
