GREAT! He got us up and going and not only fixed the issue but also put in a new filter and checked everything out and explained in detail what the problem was and how he fixed it. He was in and out in half an hour and we were warm and toasty in no time. Friendly, professional, wonderful. Will definitely use again!

If you want inferior service and products call Terrytown. Charged us over $8,000 for a $3,500 job. Drain pipes incorrectly aligned, didn’t even finish the job! Totally ripped us off. beware!

Plumber arrived quickly, located the sources of the leaks, replaced the pipes as needed, checked other plumbing for wear and replaced those as well. Work was completed in less than two hours and completely eliminated the water leaks. I have their number to call upon again if/when I need plumbing services.

After getting estimates from Country Plumber on work they told me I needed , which was to replace the water line from the street to my house. Gary from Terrytown came in and told me me what really needed to be done. If I had listened to the other plumber I would have spent 5 times as much and never even fixed my water pressure issue. Terrytown's plumber came in and did a great job now we have better water pressure than we expected. He did the job in a very quick and professional manner. We could not have been more pleased with TerryTown at every level of service. I would strongly recommend them if you need work done in this area.

We moved into our early 1900's home in the late winter of 2009. It had been winterized and on the market for a couple of years, and we soon discovered the toilets and kitchen faucet were not functional, unexpected repairs for our first day in our home. I had turned off the water to install a new toilet and sink. I shut the water supply off and installed the toilet then move on to the sink; As I disconnected the old water lines the kids interrupted my focus with urgent request to use the bathroom. Distracted and wanting appease the kids, I failed to notice the lack of shutoff valves on the pipes (one of many previous DIY projects done wrong). I momentarily abandoned my project and went to the basement and turned the water back on. Immediately a roaring sound began upstairs; my thought was that some one had turned on the bathroom faucet while the water was off trying to fill a cleaning bucket. As I was coming up the basement steps my husband began to holler that the house was flooding. When I rounded the corner I saw jets of water shooting up to the ceiling through the hole where the sink had been and realized my mistake. I ran back down to shut off the water; I had flooded half of the upstairs. We called Terrytown and the plumber arrived within 20 minutes. He had the necessary parts with him and installed the shutoffs and new connections within minutes. He was very polite and educated me on what to expect due to the water being shut off for a couple of years. He heard the new toilet running and made adjustments to the float and water flow as a courtesy. He left our home clean and tidy. We were relieved that in our panicked state the local plumbing company we had randomly chosen from the yellow pages had been the best choice we could have possibly made. We look forward to using them during our upcoming remodel.

It took me a little bit to get in touch with them because they were very busy. But once I did get in touch with them they were very quick. It took them a day or two to get back to me when I first called. The girl in the office told me that they were really busy, but it sounded like she was the only person there. My impression was that it is a really small place. But once they did it, they came and got it done. They did exactly what they said they would.
