Chris has worked on several plumbing-related renovations at our home, from simple toilet installations to reconfiguring our laundry room and mechanicals space to installing a new tankless water heater. Each time he has been knowledgeable, professional and personable. His work has been on the mark and true to estimate every time. We feel fortunate to have met Chris and he’s the first person we think of anytime we have a plumbing-related job under consideration. We whole-heartedly recommend Chris’ services.

Great! Chris gave me a quote for $1950 to remove all the accessible galvinized piping in our basement and replace it with PEX. When he came, I asked for a few minor additions (removing a bit of extra gas-line, adding a garden spigot, and stubbing out lines for a future sink) which he agreed to do for a small fee. When I recieved the invoice, it came out almost $200 less than his quote. The work seems well done, and he did a great job minimizing pipes on the side of the basement I intend to finish. And our water pressure is much better now. Definitely would use Chris for future jobs.

Knew that I had ordered the wrong parts from Signature Hardware, helped me find the correct parts and scheduled for finish completion date immediately. Excellent. Accurate quote. Clear description of what would happen and what may go ary. Installation went well. Facet is high quality. Panel looks good and is hard to notice. Market price compare to other quotes I received. All around fair. Will use in future.

He responded quickly, installed the disposal quickly and discussed the shower head problem with me. The first shower head I bought, did not work well for me (I am too short) but within a day or two, I had selected another one, and he came to install that one in a very timely manner. I was very favorably impressed with his work.

Chris was great!  He's definitely my go-to plumber now.  He was very easy to reach, prompt in his replies and very efficient on the day of the work.  No complaints whatsoever.  I'd recommend him whole-heartedly.  

Chris arrived promptly to do the estimate which was lower than two others we received.  He provided an estimate in writing soon after his initial visit.  He and his assistant came out to do the work at the time they said they would.  They were done with the entire project within the 3-4 hour time frame they had anticipated.  The only thing I would criticize is that they did not really clean up well after the work  Overall, the work was done well, on time and at a fair price.  Chris is very business like and focuses on getting the work done vs. a lot of talking or socializing.  This was fine with us and we respect that he was so focused. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Arrived on time, and replaced the two items noted above. The work was completed in about an hour and a half.
