Kegonsa Plumbing

We used Kegonsa Remodeling for a major kitchen renovation in a nearly 100-year-old house. Before the remodel everything in the kitchen looked cheap and worn down (think 1970s brown, everywhere!), and the overall arrangement of the space was really inefficient. They came in and proposed a design that was the best balance of affordability and ideal features out of half a dozen contractors we interviewed. Once we began working with them, they provided consistent updates and met with us on a regular basis, enough so that even with unavoidable pandemic slowdowns, it still felt like the project was always moving forward. Once the remodel began, they had nearly daily updates for us on what was coming next, and the project actually finished ahead of schedule! Now we have a kitchen that has at least 3x the workspace, a significantly improved flow, and easily twice as much storage as our previous one did. We get compliments all the time, and recommend Kegonsa's work any chance we get!

These were very busy people at the time yet worked me in with in a week. They called before coming over to the house. Luke was prompt, efficient, and professional! He was amazingly fast at his work!

Overall well. Luke is very responsive, Explains project and reasons for pre-existing plumbing issues, worked well with my schedule, and offers some options. I had some minor issues and questions with part of the tub fit which they returned to address the next morning at 730 am. I was a little overwhelmed by the work left for me after they replaced everything as far as drywall and flooring repairs but that is what happens in a 50’s ranch The only minor issue I had was the cleanup I had to do in my basement. The main work area was fairly clean but I’d suggest some extra shop vac time. There was a lot of dust, plaster pieces and some “mud” residue that was left on my basement storage items. I would have at least covered them with a sheet or moved them had I known. Long story short. Kegonsa uses good products and the actual plumbing work looks great. They actually were ahead of schedule for my repair. I would recommend them and may use them in the future. Luke explains things very well and offered a few options for our situation.

Called me back right away, scheduled the same week, and were on time.

Lucas and his apprentice arrived early. We were so happy to see them. They proceeded to shut off the water and got right to the problems. They replaced the the faucet and made sure everything was working and took care of all leaking problems. They finished quickly and made sure everything was clean. We were charged a very reasonable price. They performed exceptional service. I have recommended them to several friends and family members.

Kegonsa Plumbing was the only company to call about my service request on Angie's List. They were also the only company that could come out today to start and complete the job. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work very promptly. I will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.
