KJM Plumbing was GREAT! Recommended a person to repair the sink and adjusted the schedule so that they could promptly reconnect the plumbing when the job was done. I am very happy with their service and will use them again in the future.

Kurt was fantastic. Our entire building was suffering with no hot water on a cold winters day. I found Kurt recommended by the maker of our water heaters. I called a bit frantic, recieved a return call within minutes, got great advice, honest folks helped us get things back up and running when most would have let us wait and possibly charged us for something we could do ourselves. We are so glad to find a trustworthy service group, and wouldn't go anywhere else unless they refer us. You simply don't find this type of honest often, I'm proud of them and quite grateful.

Well and Pump Service
Very poor experience. They did not earn my business. When being told that, they said that I was doing the work without a permit (which was false) and then proceeded to contact my city about my project and it being unpermitted, which again, was false. They strongarm folks into using their overpriced services with the threat of municipality infractions.

We had an internal house line leading to the sewer plugged on a Sunday. We couldn't run any water in the house without it coming out of the drain and into the basement. Based on all the positive reviews I read of KJM plumbing, I called Kurt and he was here within 20 minutes with his machine and cleared the clog, which took about an hour. Pleasant, polite man. The price was reasonable for a weekend emergency call. If I need a plumber again, he'll be the first one I'll call.

I urgently needed my water softener replaced. He came the same day, made an adjustment to the tank so that the overflow faced the drain and stopped spilling brine onto the water heater. Then he returned the next day and replaced the water softener for a very reasonable price. Kurt responded quickly to texts and my needs.

Kurt from KJM Plumbing installed 4 faucets and a sink for us. He was very careful and did a great job. Kurt is one of the best communicators I have run into regarding assessing and scheduling a home improvement project. His text messages kept me constantly updated on the project and the schedule. He stopped by our house to inspect the project site and give us advice on the best size for the sink. He arrived at our house as scheduled to perform the work. He cleaned up after completing the project. He was very pleasant and helpful. I would certainly call upon KJM Plumbing for my next plumbing job.

We had a hot water heater that started leaking on a Saturday morning and needed a new one installed fast. Kurt was the first to contact us after posting. He was willing to work with us if need be to get the price where we had budgeted, but there was no need. He offered a VERY fair price! By 1:00 pm on Monday, we were back up and running! Brandon did the work and he arrived on time, was very informative and professional, and worked really quickly. I would recommend KJM to anyone looking for plumbing help!

KJM is the first company who responded to my inquiry on Angie's List. After taking to a couple of companies, I eventually selected KJM to replace an 80 ga electric water heater with a 50 ga hybrid electric water heater with a heat pump, partly because I read a review about Kurt helped out a senior fix a problem on a weekend even without charging her and I would like to support good people's businesses. It doesn't appear to me that many local companies have a lot of experience with hybrid water heater yet. Kurt appeared to be knowledgeable, and always communicated promptly. Kurt and Duke showed up on time on the scheduled date and did an excellent job replacing the water heater. They are pleasant and caring people to deal with. They cleaned up well and I would use them again. Actually I already asked Kurt to help fix a leaking faucet in the house, and I will update the review on whether they consistently deliver excellent service and value.
