He was very responsive, provided quotes and options, asked for photos to evaluate our needs and was extremely professional while answering all our questions. He let us know he was on his way to install the new water heater, arrived when he said he would and promptly provided a business card and new pen! "On Wednesday morning I woke up to water in my basement due to a leaky gauge. I called Agua Well and Pump and they told me they could try to get out that day but for sure the next day. The woman that answered the phone gave me her cell phone number so I could forward a video of the problem. About 4 hours later, I received a call that they would be at my house in 5 - 10 minutes. I left work and by the time I got home, they were there. The service technician, Chad explained everything to me and gave me his recommendation to replace the pressure tank due to the gauge leaking and the age of my tank.
