"Very easy to make appointment.
Josh showed up and was very polite.  I explained the situation that a home inspector had found some water near the water pump and that we had to have the "leak" repaired as part of the home sale.
Josh wiped down all the pipes and watched for leaks for five minutes and determined that water on the floor and pipes was due to condensation.
The woman answering the phone had actually asked me if it was just condensation when I called to make the service call but told her we had to have someone come out to inspect.

"Top Bros Construction sure did a top-notch job on my bathroom remodel project! I initially called them because I had a leaking toilet that had damaged the hardwood floor and sub-floor in my bathroom. They removed the damaged flooring and replaced it with a new sub-floor and ceramic tile. I was concerned about how the newly-tiled bathroom would transition into the hardwood floor in the hall outside. Cesar, one of the company's owners, assured me that he and his crew would make it a seamless transition and as the attached picture shows, they did. They also provided the labor to install a new toilet, vanity, lighting fixture and accessories in the bathroom including dry-wall repair and re-painting after removing the old fixtures. They brought in a plumber, Roque 's Plumbing and Sewer, to assess the water damage and to professionally install the new sink and toilet. Any concerns or questions I had as the project progressed were answered promptly and professionally. I really appreciated that they did not try to up-sell me at any time and all work was discussed and approved by me before it started. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them without reservation. They are not satisfied until their customer is satisfied. Terrific experience!"

"Monte was very responsive to our request when we inquired on here if he was able to do the project. We used the 4 hour handyman service coupon offer. He came to our house a week ago to look at everything and formulate a plan and make sure we had the things needed to install. We scheduled an appointment for a week later. He was here 10 minutes early which was fine and began right away with cutting out the cabinet, installing the power source and new breaker and the plumbing. He did have to leave for about 30 minutes to get a couple parts for the plumbing and bracket to mount the dishwasher to the counter as the open box special dishwasher that we purchased did not have one with it. He worked quickly and was very detailed with his work. After installing it there was a gap in the baseboard between the cabinet and the dishwasher and he asked if I would like it covered and suggested using a piece of the cabinet that was removed and calking it in. I looks great and I couldn't be happier!  I will definitely be contacting Monte for any other home projects in the future!"

"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."
