Before we contacted Integrity, we initially had concerns about whether our tile backsplash would/could remain in tact since they would have to remove the old top which was under the tile. No problem, not a single crack or chip in the tile! He did exactly what he told us he would do and in the time frame he had told us. He and his helper were also neat and mindful about not making too much of a mess. After completion of the job, they cleaned/picked up whatever mess was made - no surprises! Also, Mike was always prompt for his appointments and thorough in his assessment and follow-through. Very easy and flexible to deal with.
