These varied projects required not only excellent carpentry but also innovative thinking to resolve some of the construction issues involved in this quirky old house. We were expecting to have to replace the deck but he convinced us it would be better, and more cost effective, to instead refinish the old cedar boards, replacing only a few boards--and he was right.
