The mill work is beautiful, and we had drawers and shelves built in to our master bedroom area that we are very pleased with. I recommend hiring a designer and having that worked out ahead of time. There were several quality issues (getting things level, window trim and tiling work in bathrooms); however my understanding is that this is not typical and due to some new crew members and the project manager being over capacity. The owners have been great to work with - responsive and very patient with our cumbersome loan process (even when it meant delay in payment to them by several weeks). They have been working with us to make sure quality issues get addressed and have been instilled confidence in us about the degree to which they stand behind their work."

"We called Vic Steiner and we liked that he was a one-person business, explained our project and asked him to give us a bid. He gave us a few options, and presented us with a detailed bid, which we thought was very reasonable. He estimated the job would take about 4 days and we could tell he really knew his craft. He kept us informed daily what his plan was for each day. The job entailed re-positioning a set of double-doors, framing, sheet rocking, mudding and taping the stair encasement wall for paint ready, trim for a single door, the double doors, a new set of folding doors for a laundry area and a lighting circuit with 3-way switches. He was very pleasant, trustworthy and took great pride in his work. Top of the line craftsman! We are hoping to hire Vic to do our bathrooms this summer. We would recommend him highly!"

"Gary and his sons did a great job remodeling master bathroom & family room that I hired him again for the other bathrooms, laundry room and rebuilding my deck. His quotes are reasonable and the quality of his work (most of which he will do himself) is outstanding. I would use Gary again for our future kitchen remodel. What to know is that Gary can be not as responsive as he doesn't have office staff to support him."
