"From the time I submitted the request on HomeAdvisor, they came out within two hours. Jeremy, the technician was very professional, identifying the problem, and recommending the solution. He was able to correct the problem within an hour timeframe and was able to show me on his scope the inside of the sewer line. He did a great job of explaining the problem in terms I could understand, and cleaned up thoroughly prior to leaving. I would definitely use his service again should I need it!"

"The plumber got the job done, but he spent the whole time complaining that one of our toilets is a special brand that he was not familiar with. I would suggest that a tradesman charging $160 per hour needs to bone-up on all the brands out there and learn how to repair them."
