"It went very well. This is the third time that we have used Green City Heating & A/C. In the past two years they have installed a new gas furnace boiler, two gas fireplace inserts and now a new gas hot water heater. In each instance, Jeff and his crew have been very prompt about attending to our requests and providing us with an estimate. On the day that the work was to be done the work crew has always arrived on time and finished the job as scheduled. They have been very professional to deal with. We are very appreciative that they were able to work us into their schedule so quickly this last time as going without hot water is a bit of an inconvenience. Green City Heating is our first choice when it comes to our home's heating and water systems."

Only problem was after they installed the new valve I couldn't get the heat to turn off so I had to switch the breaker to get the furnace to turn off. When they came back to check the problem, the tech who replaced the bad part forgot to remove the device that prevents the furnace from talking to the thermostat.
