"It went very well. This is the third time that we have used Green City Heating & A/C. In the past two years they have installed a new gas furnace boiler, two gas fireplace inserts and now a new gas hot water heater. In each instance, Jeff and his crew have been very prompt about attending to our requests and providing us with an estimate. On the day that the work was to be done the work crew has always arrived on time and finished the job as scheduled. They have been very professional to deal with. We are very appreciative that they were able to work us into their schedule so quickly this last time as going without hot water is a bit of an inconvenience. "We'd used them four years ago to replace our windows. They were about 40% the cost of Renewal By Andersen for the same Andersen windows, were professional and courteous throughout the process, and we haven't had a single problem since. So when we wanted to put in a heat pump system for efficient heating and cooling they were high on our list. We got four bids, and once again they were the least expensive, in this case by a 30% margin. They explained our options well, came up with some creative solutions (we're an old house with old vent-work which they bypassed for the ductless pumps but used for a top quality air filter), and did the job quickly and efficiently. They've checked back a couple of times since to make sure everything is ok, which it is, and it's been really nice to heat our bedroom on some cold nights and cool my western facing home office on some sunny afternoons). When the permit inspector asked before they came over who our installer is and I told them, they said "They do really good work." Definitely recommend them to others and in fact already have."
