"James is fantastic. He's hard working and incredibly responsive. When we first moved into our house, we wanted to replace the 13 year old water heater and get rid of some ugly venting that ran through our TV room in the basement by installing a direct vent water heater. Zesbro plumbing came in with the most competitive offer and really made an enormous difference (around $2700) On a different occasion, maybe 6-8 months later, our mixer in our 80 year old bathroom started pumping out rusty red water while at the same time it was raining through the bathroom exhaust fan whenever someone took a shower above. James came out within a couple of days, problem solved and made the problems go away (and told us why they happened and how long we could expect the fixes to last). (Around $500)"
