They even called other times to see if I was available to get to me sooner. The tech arrived on time and tuned the repair call into a service call when the furnace started working. It was determined the furnace needed parts and the tech scheduled a bid for a new furnace when the estimate of $1500.00 was given for a new motor and heat exchanger. The bid for new furnace and installation from Pacific was $6800.00. I went with another company when I received another bid of $3000.00."

"Great company! I met them at a home show and had them come out and give a bid on taking out my old heater and replacing with a heat pump and air handler. Jeremy came out and gave a very thorough bid with several options on compressor/air handler combo. We ended up choosing a middle of the line solution that was very competitively priced in comparison with the other bids we got. What sold me was their attention to customer service and the ratings they received. This was not a cheap system and I wanted someone who would stand by their work and work with us to our satisfaction. I am very pleased. The installer crew showed up on time and went right to work. They found some wiring issues and fixed them as well at no change to bid. They spent a long day but did it all as planned. They took the time to do a walkthrough on the electronic air cleaner and on setting up the new thermostat (it even has weather forecasts on it!) and operation of the system. Again, very happy with that touch. I am also planning on a yearly maintenance contract that extends the warranty of the system if I continue to use them (which I will) for up to ten years. Janice in the front office kept me well informed throughout the process as well, even scheduling inspections. This is a great company that listens to the consumer and does what they say they will. I Highly recommend them to anyone!!"

"I have been very satisfied with Mercurio's throughout the whole process. Their representative, Tim, was very professional and responsive during the bid process, doing a good job with measurement and calculations and getting back to me with a bid and responding to all questions very timely as I worked through the combination of brand, features and warranty that I wanted based on my research. After contract signing, Mercurio's was great in terms of scheduling and their crew came when they said they would come, were professional and courteous and got the job done ahead of schedule. 
The real differentiator, though, for me has been Mercurio's service since the installation. Mercurio's gurantees all labor and material for 1 year from the date of installation and has great emergency service and they really stand by that guarantee. 1 month after installation (with the weather turning already colder), my family returned from a short vacation on a Saturday evening and found that the furnace was not working. We called Mercurio's and their emergency technician was there in under 30 minutes. He resolved the immediate problem (error code on the motherboard) and then scheduled a time for the next week to come by and make an adjustment to the condensation drain (possible cause of the error code). Later in the fall, the error code appeared again and caused the furnace to not work on a weekend night. Again, the technician was out in under 30 minutes, resolved the issue, and then came back to replace the control board a couple of days later. We have had no problems after that.
Throughout the whole process, Mercurio's was very proactive and responsive, honoring their commitment to make sure my family had heat when we needed it. That is why I chose them in the first place - my hope that they would be able to timely resolve the initial hiccups that can come from the installation of a complex system - and I was not dissapointed. Mercurio's provided excellent service from bid to installation to troubleshooting, offered reasonable, competitive prices, and a good selection of brands. I would not hesitate to recommend Mercurio's to anyone.

"G&S Heating is the best of the best! They just replaced our 1995 Lennox furnace that they installed with a 2020 Lennox furnace. The crew was phenomenal in craftsmanship and attitude. Our furnace is in the tight crawl space under our home which is a pain in the @#*! They really worked well together and it was so cool to learn that one of the guy's father had installed our furnace back in 1995 and he is still with G&S! Their entire operation focuses on customer service and satisfaction from the phone contacts to the sales reps to the job planners and finally the installers!
