He was very professional and provided brochures for the equipment we were having replaced/installed. He answered all my questions and kept us informed of the whole process. His crew who consisted of installers, Alex and Jasper, plumber, Paul, and electrician, Angel, were prompt, professional, clean and explained everything during the installation.
