"Yelpers are finicky. Pacific Heating and Cooling did a great job for my wife and I. We had them do a duct cleaning several months ago and they were top shelf. Booties on while in the house and great care taken to take care of our stuff. As a result we decided to have a consult on adding AC. Greg Jackson came out and went over current system, crawled under the house to inspect ducting and somehow came back in the house clean and wearing booties to go over our options. After a thorough review of what we had, asking about our goals and what we were most concerned with he developed three proposals. No pressure, no "today only" pricing, just a conversation. We chose to replace our okay furnace with an upgraded 96% efficiency furnace and added AC to our 1500 sq foot home. The price was about what I was expecting and they were able to begin installation the following week. Josh, Zach, Chance and Sean were all friendly, efficient, caring and concerned about doing a great job. They cleaned up constantly, kept us informed when having to turn off power let us know. "Great company! I met them at a home show and had them come out and give a bid on taking out my old heater and replacing with a heat pump and air handler. Jeremy came out and gave a very thorough bid with several options on compressor/air handler combo. We ended up choosing a middle of the line solution that was very competitively priced in comparison with the other bids we got. What sold me was their attention to customer service and the ratings they received. This was not a cheap system and I wanted someone who would stand by their work and work with us to our satisfaction. I am very pleased. The installer crew showed up on time and went right to work. They found some wiring issues and fixed them as well at no change to bid. They spent a long day but did it all as planned. They took the time to do a walkthrough on the electronic air cleaner and on setting up the new thermostat (it even has weather forecasts on it!) and operation of the system. Again, very happy with that touch. I am also planning on a yearly maintenance contract that extends the warranty of the system if I continue to use them (which I will) for up to ten years. Janice in the front office kept me well informed throughout the process as well, even scheduling inspections. This is a great company that listens to the consumer and does what they say they will. I Highly recommend them to anyone!!"

"I have been very satisfied with Mercurio's throughout the whole process. Their representative, Tim, was very professional and responsive during the bid process, doing a good job with measurement and calculations and getting back to me with a bid and responding to all questions very timely as I worked through the combination of brand, features and warranty that I wanted based on my research. After contract signing, Mercurio's was great in terms of scheduling and their crew came when they said they would come, were professional and courteous and got the job done ahead of schedule. 
The real differentiator, though, for me has been Mercurio's service since the installation. Mercurio's gurantees all labor and material for 1 year from the date of installation and has great emergency service and they really stand by that guarantee. 1 month after installation (with the weather turning already colder), my family returned from a short vacation on a Saturday evening and found that the furnace was not working. We called Mercurio's and their emergency technician was there in under 30 minutes. He resolved the immediate problem (error code on the motherboard) and then scheduled a time for the next week to come by and make an adjustment to the condensation drain (possible cause of the error code). Later in the fall, the error code appeared again and caused the furnace to not work on a weekend night. Again, the technician was out in under 30 minutes, resolved the issue, and then came back to replace the control board a couple of days later. We have had no problems after that.
Throughout the whole process, Mercurio's was very proactive and responsive, honoring their commitment to make sure my family had heat when we needed it. That is why I chose them in the first place - my hope that they would be able to timely resolve the initial hiccups that can come from the installation of a complex system - and I was not dissapointed. Mercurio's provided excellent service from bid to installation to troubleshooting, offered reasonable, competitive prices, and a good selection of brands. I would not hesitate to recommend Mercurio's to anyone.
