On the day that the work was to be done the work crew has always arrived on time and finished the job as scheduled. They have been very professional to deal with. After the installation, we discovered the fan was running 24 hours and asked for some assistance in turning off the fan. Charles came to our house, identified the external timer that was causing the issue in less than a minute, provided to us a quote for an air scrubber that came up during the conversation, and billed us nothing for resolving the fan timer issue.
