Perfectly! The installers, Dan and Tristan, were timely, professional and clearly experts in their field. Erik Hoover, our estimator, couldn't have been more timely and professional. I've worked with this company for 20 years and have never been disappointed.

They are excellent. I referred them to one of my customers and they responded in 5 days as opposed to 3 to 4 weeks that other companies were saying. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

It went great. Jason(not sure if I have his name right) came out on time, looked at our furnace, and performed maintenance on it. We were relieved that nothing major was wrong. We will call Puyallup Heating & Air Conditioning when we need to have maintenance done on our furnace in the future.

They went to bat for us over a heat pump that died. The company that manufactured the heat pump knew there was a problem and Puyallup Heating has been really good at helping people get a new one put in. We had to pay $150 for them to write a letter stating this was another heat pump that was installed and the part had malfunctioned again. We had a call back a week later and they said they weren't going to do anything. We paid $150 for a letter and they're not going to fix it? She was very gracious and said "I agree with you, it shouldn't be that way, this hasn't happened before". She said, "let me see what we can do." They were able to come back and put a new heat pump in. They were very punctual. They did what they said they were going to do. They are very professional. They really helped us.

The technician was professional and honest. He also researched the furnace part that was failing and discovered that it had been recalled. Not having to pay for a new collector box decreased the bill by hundreds of dollars.

I called P.H. Tuesday evening and left a message. Wednesday morning they returned the call and said a tech could be here Thursday morning. He arrived within the 2 hour window. Jason was very friendly, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem but did not have the needed part for repair so it would be ordered. The office staff called back on Friday to say the part was in and the tech could install it Monday morning. Gary arrived right on time. He too was friendly, courteous and professional. He installed the fan motor, tested it and was on his way in less than an hour. Work area was clean as it was before he started.

My complaints are: 1. He was allotted too much time and had no where to go (I guess) so stayed and talked and talked. I on the other hand had an appointment so was getting concerned about the time.
2. Since the thermostat matter only took a few minutes, I asked him to check the furnace and air conditioner for me. He did so but it was in such a perfunctory manner, as to not be of any value. He was done in seconds.
3. He was very nice in that he tried to explain the necessary steps for settings on the thermostat (it is far more detailed then necessary for my lifestyle) but then repeated it over and over again. Adding new facts, leaving out others. By the time he left, I had lost the jest of what he had said. Once good demonstration would have done it.
4. The most annoying of all was the way he tried to sell me their Service Plan. When he first started his spiel, I told him in no uncertain terms that I do not buy those, never have, never well. That did not seem to stop the sales pitch. It continued onward. Finally, it seemed to come to an end, only to reemerge later on. I know they make commissions off these plans but don't believe that a visit that I am paying for, should include being pounded about something that will generate more income to them.

Our existing AC unit stopped working. The unit is at it's life end and was not something we purchased from Puyallup heating. It came with our home when we purchased it. Jason diagnosed the problem in a professional and courteous manner. I felt like the service was worth the price. We have used Puyallup heating for service or estimates in the past and always felt like we were getting honest service.

I had an excellent experience with them. The salesman came out and explained the air conditioning services to me and what to look for whether I use his services or not. He told me the best deal on an air conditioning unit and they got it installed quickly. The technician who came out was so nice and so courteous. My husband was working from home and he made sure that he quietly opened and closed the door every time. He was very respectful and any question that I had was quickly answered. They were also very trustworthy. I would absolutely use and refer them in the future.

Kelly Chong was great! He took the time to explain everything to us and his installers were friendly and polite. When they entered the house, they would always take off their shoes and kept everything clean. They even swept the garage when they were finished. Kelly provided exceptional customer service and even came out the following week to make sure everything was good and explain the new thermostat to my wife.
