"There was some confusion from both my home warranty company and Appliance Repair Specialists concerning whether the two companies had a working agreement or not. Eventually, things got sorted out and the work was completed. This added several days to the time needed to get the repair completed. There was also some confusion on ARS' part about getting parts ordered once the diagnosis was complete. This added a few days as well. The fieldwork itself was quick, efficient and very professional. Brandon stayed in contact with me with updates as they were available. He arrived when he said he would and completed the actual repair in less time than originally estimated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will call on Appliance Repair Specialists should I have need of their services again. My advice to a prospective new customer: verify that your home warranty company actually has a working arrangement with ARS before initiating a repair service. For ARS: When a prospective new customer says they have a home warranty, verify that the warranty company has you in their system and can assign the job to you directly. Mine (2-10) did not, which added time and extra work for all parties to get sorted out.show more

"I hired O’Neill Plumbing Company after having a really bad experience with another supplier recommended by The Home Depot. After being without water for 4 days and the other company leaving the premises without any solution, Donna from O’Neill called me to learn about my experience and figure out how they could help. Nelson showed up at my place to assess the situation on Saturday evening and was able to fully explain the process, the cost, and their commitment to get the work completed on Sunday. Nelson, Bobby, and Mickey were at my place at 9:30am as scheduled. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. They took care of everything and, although the cost ended up being higher than I initially budgeted for, it was worth every cent as the process was seamless and the work was completed as expected within the time frame they provided. On top of that, their positive attitude and customer service was top notch. "Carlos and entire team at Mazter Appliances is amazing. My Whirlpool Icemaker stopped working and it would not make any ice. They provided the right estimate upfront and warned me that there could be several things wrong but they will analyze the problem. The Problem was analyzed on the first visit as no power coming to the icemaker at the right time. The part was ordered and they replaced the icemaker. Unfortunately the unit was still not getting the power so the control board had to be possibly replaced. They worked with Whirlpool and entered a a special case for me and not only got the control board issue corrected but also double checked all the wires so the problem does not happen again. Fixing the issue not only took a lot of patience but also over 4+ Visits to get the unit working. Kudos to Carlos and the Mazter team for fixing the complex issue. The Icemaker issue I had was not easy to fix as replacing the Icelamaker and control board did not get it working. It needed a few more tweaks suggested by Whirlpool. Highly recommend Mazter for any Appliance issues.show more
