We have worked with Action Small Appliance for years and they have fixed a number of our valuable home appliances, from shavers to coffee makers to vacuums. We think their friendly service is off the charts and their charges have always seemed very reasonable. Last week was no exception. We called Mike and Dave because our DeLonghi Rialto was not working. Mike took th time to walk us through some things, even checking with Dave about what the problem might be. He told us how to fix the problem and to bring the unit in if it did not work... and IT DID. Mike did not charge us even though he took a lot of time to help us out. Caffeine again, and the world, for us, is a bit brighter.
These folks can be counted on to do the right thing, for a fair price. Here, Mike was simply a great neighbor. We believe in Mike, Dave and all the folks at Action Small Appliance. The new Bellevue location is easy to get to as well.
I thought that the filter basket was missing (I later found it in the garage:() and called the company.
The person who I talked with was very pleasant and professional. She did not think that they had kept it by mistake, but readily offered to send me a replacement - this also arrived within two days.
The next day I found the original part - they had not lost it after all. Called to offer to mail it back as it was our fault, but they were again wonderful to deal with and told me "no big deal."
I will send all my small appliances here for repair in the future!
