My warranty sent this company out. Once the technician arrived, it was very hard to communicate with him due to the language issues. Unfortunately, he also wasn't able to repair my dishwasher and suggested I try things that I already tried before attempting to get it repaired. He left without providing any information regarding the problem, without a repair, and summing up his assessment as "I don't know." What's worse is that I had to pay for this service visit and received nothing in return. Later I found out through my warranty company that he submitted a note telling them that I didn't have a real problem and was just trying to get a new dishwasher. I could barely communicate the basics with this guy and yet somehow he has uncovered some secret agenda I was plotting all along? LOL! I'm just trying to get my dishwasher to work and thanks to this company I am now out the cost of the visit, the time I waited for the repair, and still have a broken dishwasher!

Diagnostic through repair - the technician was communicative, efficient, respectful and VERY tidy. The cost of the repair was reasonable, I would definitely work with this company again on any/all of my appliance repair needs.
