I really do like to think of myself as a jack of all trades kind of guy. I can do anything with my truck. Including hauling, loading, and dumping. Basic Handyman skills which include drywall, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Anything involving wood is a specialty of mine. If thats anything from chopping or cutting wood to restoring and building wood furniture. I just started going out on my own and trying to make a name for myself. Staying humble with the process, but guarantee customer satisfaction at all cost. I'm a people person, enjoy my interactions more than the average person. Mr. Appliance of Olympia and Puyallup services the greater Puyallup and Olympia areas. We are a family owned company and customer service is very important to us. We strive to get your appliance repaired quickly, while taking care of you from start to finish.

"Mr. Appliance is a bit too eager to make a sale! I called Mr. Appliance and explained my issue with my Miele cooktop. After the technician came and poked and prodded my cooktop for 2 hrs, he called Miele 2 times to get a verbal diagnosis resulting in my invoice for $1475.13 I wasn't feeling good about this so I went to the Miele showroom in Bellevue where I was told Mr. Appliance is NOT an authorized repair company for Miele. When I called Mr. Appliance this morning asking if any of their technicians were certified on Miele the answer was no. After much discussion with the rude office manager explaining that when a customer calls for a repair and specifies the brand they are requesting help with, it should be disclosed at that point if they are authorized and certified to work on that particular brand. The part was never opened nor installed and the owner is insisting this is a restocking fee. I've even shared Miele's Operating & Installation manual with her, showing her where it clearly states "certified and authorized technicians" should be the only ones working on Miele appliances. Guess that's the way you keep the doors open....dishonesty! It'll catch up with you...it always does!"

"Carlos and entire team at Mazter Appliances is amazing. My Whirlpool Icemaker stopped working and it would not make any ice. They provided the right estimate upfront and warned me that there could be several things wrong but they will analyze the problem. The Problem was analyzed on the first visit as no power coming to the icemaker at the right time. The part was ordered and they replaced the icemaker. Unfortunately the unit was still not getting the power so the control board had to be possibly replaced. They worked with Whirlpool and entered a a special case for me and not only got the control board issue corrected but also double checked all the wires so the problem does not happen again. Fixing the issue not only took a lot of patience but also over 4+ Visits to get the unit working. Kudos to Carlos and the Mazter team for fixing the complex issue. The Icemaker issue I had was not easy to fix as replacing the Icelamaker and control board did not get it working. It needed a few more tweaks suggested by Whirlpool. Highly recommend Mazter for any Appliance issues."
