I wouldn't be able to tell the mistake if the installer didn't tell me. They made a rush request to manufacturer and fixed the problem in a few days."

We shopped the job around and Lake Washington came out on top not just with a fair price, but they had me convinced that they had the know how and logistics capability to pull the job off smoothly.
