The pressure washing and priming and painting went without a hitch and the house looks great. The painters were punctual, professional, courteous, efficient and receptive to requests ( e.g., removing an awning and frame, disposing of paint and primer-containing liquid waste at an offsite facility, and excellent cleanup). They also removed, replaced and painted a deteriorating deck banister. The price was very close to the estimate and was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again when needed."

Never having painted the exterior of my Old Tacoma home (not since I've moved in), I didn't understand the intricacies of painting an old home with a different siding than the current siding available in new homes. Jerry was able to suggest not only the best colors for this type of home and weather conditions, but the specific type of paint that would last the longest in our wet Pacific Northwest. The job was done both quickly (the painting began on the first nice day following our agreement) and was completed within a few days. There was rain following the first day of painting and a little of the paint dripped making for an unsightly line in the wall. I left Jerry an email then followed up the next day with a call only to find out that his men had come early that morning and fixed the drip. The house has now been painted for a few days and it looks excellent! I couldn't be happier and would recommend Jerry and his crew to anyone. I have a fairly large exterior and found Jerry's pricing very competitive."

Top notch quality work and we love the finished product that will last for many years to come. The team built the deck in record time - minus the railing which was contracted to another company. My frustration was with the railing company (apparently had not worked with them before). The glass railing took 3.5 months to deliver when they had quoted 3-4 weeks… and the communication on the shifting dates was spotty. This was also around the time of the massive heat wave this summer so some of the boards understandably started bowing and expanding - Dale came by each time and made sure to fix any issues. Really appreciated it."
