"This was a deck re-stain 3 years after a complete exterior house/deck painting job, so we are repeat customers. As before, they provided solid advice, firm quote, used quality materials, workers showed up on time with COVID masks. Very nice work on both prep [power wash] and stain, two coats applied accurately, and nice job of cleanup. These folks do an excellent job, as I see fall/winter rain hitting the deck I am especially glad we had it done right."

"Generally this was a good experience, but it didn't end on the best note. Their quote was quite competitive, they showed up and worked when promised, and the quality of their painting was excellent. But there were 2 problems with their cleanup. The job had been to paint my new gutters and downspouts and they ended up leaving 2 of their cleanup rags in the gutters, which ended up clogging the downspouts in the next rain...a challenge to remove. Also, there were 2 half full gallons of paint left over and I later found that rather than dispose of the 6 small rollers they used to do the painting, they just dumped 3 into each of the cans. I had to fish them out and dispose of them myself. I would probably use them again, but I'd make sure they clean up more thoroughly."

"Jerry and his crew did first rate work. Never having painted the exterior of my Old Tacoma home (not since I've moved in), I didn't understand the intricacies of painting an old home with a different siding than the current siding available in new homes. Jerry was able to suggest not only the best colors for this type of home and weather conditions, but the specific type of paint that would last the longest in our wet Pacific Northwest. The job was done both quickly (the painting began on the first nice day following our agreement) and was completed within a few days. There was rain following the first day of painting and a little of the paint dripped making for an unsightly line in the wall. I left Jerry an email then followed up the next day with a call only to find out that his men had come early that morning and fixed the drip. The house has now been painted for a few days and it looks excellent! I couldn't be happier and would recommend Jerry and his crew to anyone. I have a fairly large exterior and found Jerry's pricing very competitive."

"We built a new deck on our 1970 house in Shoreline. Cameron and his crew (Dale and Ryan in particular) are awesome to work with. Top notch quality work and we love the finished product that will last for many years to come. The team built the deck in record time - minus the railing which was contracted to another company. My frustration was with the railing company (apparently had not worked with them before). The glass railing took 3.5 months to deliver when they had quoted 3-4 weeks… and the communication on the shifting dates was spotty. This was also around the time of the massive heat wave this summer so some of the boards understandably started bowing and expanding - Dale came by each time and made sure to fix any issues. Really appreciated it."
