Most of the house was well-painted on the first pass, but there were some sloppy spots, and missed areas. Gilver was extremely accommodating in getting everything up to snuff. As we noticed more little details that could use some touch ups, he was always very willing to come back and make everything right. For example, the roofers removed the gutters prior to the job, because we were going to have new gutters installed after painting, but left the old downspouts. After the main paint job, the roofers replaced the downspouts, which we didn't expect, and Gilver came back to paint behind all the new downspouts. My main take away is that when all is said and done, he'll make sure you're happy with the job.

I highly recommend Gilver and his team for all your painting needs. They are not only fantastic and hardworking but also extremely reliable. Their reasonable pricing, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with very old siding make them stand out. They go the extra mile by suggesting value-added ideas like metal caps, extending downspouts, painting foundation walls, even replacing light fixture and helping with general clean up. They beautifully painted the exterior walls of our house even though it required several touch ups due to old siding and they exceeded our expectations. A couple of years ago, we also worked with them on painting interior foundation walls of our basement and they did great, too. Mr. Garcia painted the exterior of my home in 2017. His work was so beautiful and well done, I requested him to come back and paint the interior of my home, in preparation for an appraisal. Mr. Garcia 'help me to pick the right colors for my craftsman home regarding wall paint, trim and stain for the doors. He and his crew's work was detailed, the black and white color theme, and the aged wood doors are beautifully stained and look new. Garcia's painting also washed and stained the porch and decks. The work is totally beautiful. The appraiser just kept repeating how beautiful and well maintained the home was. Thank you, Mr. Garcia! I would recommend Garcia's painting every day and twice on Sunday!!

Both the owner and the team he sent to do the work were highly professional. The price was very fair and the work they did was top notch. Also, they went over and above to replace additional rotting wood as it was discovered, and even cleaned out the gutters when I discovered they were holding water. Superior service!! I am thrilled with the newness of my house.

Mr. Garcia contracted to strip old oil based stain off our large cedar deck and revitalize the wood so we could do the staining. Most contractors we talked to either declined to do this section of the work or wanted to charge almost as much as a complete restaining. Gilver did the hard part for a fair price so we could complete it ourselves and save some money. He is very competent, knowledgable and committed to doing quality work. Will hire him again for work in the future.

Gilbert took a small job to paint our front and back door. It looks great, very professional, and he even left us with leftover paint for touch-ups. We will call him next year for an exterior job, based on the quality of his work.
