We stumbled across him on Angie's List as we needed help installing an egress window prior to the sale of our house. I'm so thankful we found him! We also had him take care of a few other projects like building a stair railing and addressing a plumbing issue. He did a great job on all of the projects we hired him for. He is hard working, dedicated and definitely knows what he is doing. His pricing was very reasonable and I felt like he really cared about taking care of his customers. All of those traits are not easy to find. I've been through a lot of contractors and he is definitely my favorite. I would hire him again in an instant."

She went over my project in detail and said that this kind of technical work would probably be best served by a company that specializes in this cable and ethernet install. I really appreciate her taking the time to tell me that. We also went over what they CAN do for me in the future and she sent me a list about that and their COVID-19 protocol to keep them and us safe! Also they are fully insured and the team brings a lot of extras in the truck with them to get the work done that day. "I called this company to get a quote for a bathroom remodel. Ben was scheduled to come on site and give me a quote. I felt very comfortable with the quote and Ben. They did a great job on my bathroom finishes and plans a head. I even remodel my kitchen afterwards with them, Ben is very professional and responsive who made this process very easy. "HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."
