"These guys are stellar. My deck was in disrepair and I was uncertain what to do with it - whether to totally knock it down and start anew, or to build on the existing foundation. Also what material to use - composite, wood, etc. They came out, looked at my deck, gave recommendations, and worked within my budget. We went with cedar, and within two weeks, I had an absolutely beautiful new deck, built on the existing foundation. I was very pleased with the whole interaction - they were courteous and professional, friendly and hard-working, arriving early and working through the day to get the job done. It was for me an exceedingly good experience with a contractor, and their work is solid. I was nervous as a first time home owner to hire a contractor, for fear of not knowing enough and being taken. One larger company offered a lower price but when they came out, the materials they suggested would have been sub-par and the deck would have been plastic-looking. "Chris showed up early and had a great attitude during the entire process. He needed to assemble a TV stand for us. When we received the package it was in terrible condition from the shipper and we were suspect to even begin to assemble it because of our initial visual concerns. But Chris did a great job of assembly and for the pieces that were defective and pieces that had been abused or pre used, he was able to work with each piece to design it to work. Chris went well beyond our expectations as he did more than just a symbol, he also retrofitted defective parts so that we could have a unit that would halfway work for us."

There was a glitch, in that someone forgot to pass on the message that the gutters were supposed to be washed, and I didn't catch it until after the windows had been washed. Thus the gutter washing was somewhat less than ideal since they didn't want to mess up the clean windows."
