I had called 4 different painters to get quotes for painting my house. Jerri Bauer was the first one out and after seeing and hearing the other 3, I went with O'Shea's Painting. They did an excellent job. Very professional, neat and hard workers. They came and power washed one day and few days later came to prep for painting. Before I knew it they were painting the house. I am very pleased with all the work they did and attention to detail. When they left for the day everything was clean and neat. I would highly recommend them or use them again. My neighbor from across the street shouted "I love your house!" I do too.

We searched for painters online and read dozens of reviews. Some of them have over one hundred positive reviews and some less than a handful. Then, contacted at least a dozen of them over the telephone. We narrowed it down to five different companies to come to our house to give us a bid. We were looking for a painter who can provide the best price for the best job. So, we listed what we wanted and asked each one to give us a bid: - A thorough pressure wash to remove lose paint - Remove loose caulking and rechaulk with ‘Quad Max’ caulking - Apply two coats of the Sherwin Williams ‘Duration’ paint on the body and the trim After praying and careful analysis, we decided to hire O’Shea. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Our house is over 3,000 square foot and on the first day they brought in two pressure washer machines, they spent almost three hours washing off the old paint and they did a very thorough job doing it. On the second day, a team of workers came and removed old caulking and recaulked that same day. On the third day, seven painters showed up and painted our house in one day. We are very pleased with the finished job and with our communication with Jerry Bauer. They started and accomplished the job within the time frame they gave us and did everything they said they would plus cleaned up some old sunbaked painters’ tape leftover from a previous paint company and all within the original bid which surprisingly was the lowest bid we received of all of the five companies we considered. Painter was very professional, prepped the house first then started the painting..worked very quickly and finished up without any issues. Our house has some high peaks that had to be considered. Did not seem to be an issue for them.

To prepare our house for sale, we needed the exterior painted. O'Shea's was easy to work with and did a great neat job. We and the potential buyers were very happy.

Jerry was a pleasure to work with. He went over the work that would be done, helped me pick a good door color, was on time, the communication between us was good, and the workers left things clean. There were no spots that were missed, but I could tell Jerry wanted to make sure I was satisfied as takes pride in his work. He was almost $1000 less than the other bid. We had our home painted by O Shea’s in mid August 2019. We had contacted three companies for a bid, and chose O’Shea’s. Jerry provided a mid level quote and did a very thorough job explaining the work that would be needed to be done to ready the house for painting.. Margareto with the help of his son did the power washing and the prep work. Margareto completed all of the painting with good attention to detail. He offered an option for our front door which we took, and are very happy with. We have received many complements on it! Everything was done per schedule and cleanup was exceptional. Jerry was very patient, I thought I had chosen colors that I liked however seeing them on the house I was very disappointed. Jerry returned later with my new colors. We would definitely contact Jerry again for any painting needs

Jerry was quick to respond and negotiate the bid as I had additional requests to add to the bid. I had several other bids that needed further negotiations that were not adequately addressed. Jerry was responsive to my concerns and made an effort to address any issues. I wanted the gutter painted as I noticed the unpainted gutters attract dirt and stain over time and Jerry had no problem adding that to the bid. Most of the work was completed by his worker. However, Jerry completed the touch up work himself. He did provide a high quality paint and 2 coats. Jerry was really good about checking the quality of the prep work and the paint job. I really like the finished look of my house. I think I got a great price and good work.

Jerry was so easy to work with. He let us try lots of different colors before we made our decision. He was very responsive to our questions and timeline. His crew was great - very meticulous and so fast! I can't believe how good our house looks. All the lines are so crisp without any bleeding through. We had other painters quote us a price three times what Jerry quoted us and the other painters said that it would take 2-3 weeks. Jerry's worker it done in less than a week and we paid exactly what he quoted. NO surprises.

The project went quite well. Jerry was very helpful and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. His crew did an nice painting the house and a reasonable price which included the Angie's List discount. I plan to hire them again in the future.

I emailed Jerry and requested an estimate telling him in my email where we lived, he responded with a phone call within 24 hours and told me he did not come to Fox Island but said he could recommend someone and stated he was an excellent painter with a lot of experience and had recently started his own company. He asked if I wanted him to contact Luis to call me, which I did. I cannot tell you how very pleased with Luis that we were, he called me the same day and came out to give me an estimate as he was in the area. His estimate was in the middle of two others, he did an excellent job painting our home and we could not be happier. Jerry was so very helpful on the phone and the fact that he responded to me so quickly even thou he did not service my area, he took the time to recommend an excellent painter which we so much appreciated. He is a true professional to actually take the time talk to me, he also has an excellent web site with lots of information on it which I used when I interviewed other companies. Thank you Jerry, without your advise I would not have found Luis.
