"ID Granite offered us superior service. He came quickly to the house, answered questions and offered advice. Encouraged us to choose what we wanted. He accompanied us to purchase the slab. We found a leathered granite we had not considered. It is beautiful. (not that super shiny look). He then went with us to select the tile, going to more than one store. He and his son did a great job installing-it was quick and beautiful. When I pointed out a place where i wanted more calk, he returned to the house and fixed it. We had new counters and tile backsplash in less than a week! i would highly recommend ID Granite."

"Vanderlip Construction brought our ideas and vision to a reality on a master and guest bathroom remodel in our 1961 rambler. Eric is both an organized contractor and an experienced craftsman. He is a thoughtful and very responsive communicator who we could always count on to perform the tasks he scheduled throughout our project. He brought in very skilled team of subcontractors who he made sure didn’t disrupt our home life and office work activities. Eric was generous with sharing his expertise and insights that helped us make decisions on key details. We had about an 80 percent design and selected all the tile, fixtures, and custom cabinets but Eric’s attention to detail brought it all together, especially on our counters and master bath shower. Always patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the progression and the outcomes. He’s also committed to backing up his work. I suffered a serious leg injury after the remodel and Eric kindly went the extra step to come to our house and install a new light fixture in our bedroom. He scored an A+ on both bathrooms and we made a new friend."

"We had a really great experience working with Dave and his team on our bathroom remodel. The room was in quite a sorry state so they did a full demolition and installed all new everything! I was able to pick out all the tile and metal embellishments and they were happy to help bring my vision to life. They were efficient and very friendly and made sure to check in frequently to make sure things were looking how I wanted them to.
