FDC was recommended by a friend in the commercial roofing industry. We are a military family stationed overseas and it was a blessing to find a company that was able to coordinate everything by phone, text and email. Roman and his staff were very responsive and provided excellent customer service in helping us execute a massive interior renovation of our rental home in Olympia, WA even with a 9-hour time difference. Our property manager made the comment, "this is one of the best renovations for a rental I've seen". Roman and his staff understood our desire to get the work done quickly so that we could get the house back on the market. However, he also made sure that the work was done professionally and according to regulations. He highly recommended corrective actions for our roof, old plumbing and electrical panel. In short, FDC made sure the unseen infrastructure behind the walls were done properly to match the beautiful cosmetic improvements. Highly recommend FDC.
