"Initially all was well. They showed up on time. The installers did not read the directions nor test the tub before they installed it. I had ordered a special drain kit that the manufacturer suggested for this tub but they didn't use it. When I came home and saw the drain kit I ordered sitting there and the tub installed I didn't know what to think. They were not responsive about why it wasn't used, I had to call several times. Also, the tub was NOT working after they left. I was told it was plugged in and working but it wasn't. Fortunately a neighbor came over and after some investigation we discovered the outlet for the whirlpool tub plugs was not "hot" nor was the tub plugged in. They had said it was working when clearly it was not. The communication was very poor. I also asked for an estimate to fix an outdoor faucet and never received it."

The guys were very detailed, patient with our questions and were very respectful of our property. They took time to do it right, everything was plum and sloped properly. "Had Empire install wood, carpet and tile in my house. The installers for the wood flooring were great. I need them to break it up over 2 weekends and they were very accommodating. These guys did a great job on the floor and made sure that all was cleaned up when they finished. The tile installer was phenomenal. He was very helpful with the pattern my wife wanted. The floor looks amazing. They did a good job installing the carpet but, I have never had an installer take all the remnants and scraps. If I ever needed a piece for a patch, I’m out of luck. All in all, they did a good job."
