When my husband mistakenly approved the way the grouting was done (It still looked perfect, I just wanted the grout at a 45 degree angle on the tile edge) while I was away, Jeremy didn't hesitate to come back to make the grout the way I'd wanted it. Yuriy made three different tiles (floor, walls and accent wall) sing. He nailed the grout-lines and gave experienced input so that I didn't make short-sighted, rookie decisions/mistakes. He and Nikolai were a pleasure to see every day (for two weeks!) and were reliable, prompt, long-working and didn't go missing or flake-out like most contractors can do.
