He worked closely with my carpenter to determine intricate framing for aspects like a subtly sloped shower floor (to facilitate a zero-threshold shower with linear trench drain), built-in t.p. holder, wall-mounted toilet and more. Yuriy made three different tiles (floor, walls and accent wall) sing. He nailed the grout-lines and gave experienced input so that I didn't make short-sighted, rookie decisions/mistakes. He and Nikolai were a pleasure to see every day (for two weeks!) and were reliable, prompt, long-working and didn't go missing or flake-out like most contractors can do. He recommended a great electrician and let me know that Octagon Construction performs full remodels."
