He is a thoughtful and very responsive communicator who we could always count on to perform the tasks he scheduled throughout our project. He brought in very skilled team of subcontractors who he made sure didn’t disrupt our home life and office work activities. Eric was generous with sharing his expertise and insights that helped us make decisions on key details. We had about an 80 percent design and selected all the tile, fixtures, and custom cabinets but Eric’s attention to detail brought it all together, especially on our counters and master bath shower. Always patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the progression and the outcomes. He’s also committed to backing up his work. I suffered a serious leg injury after the remodel and Eric kindly went the extra step to come to our house and install a new light fixture in our bedroom. He scored an A+ on both bathrooms and we made a new friend."

"Yes, the job was well done and on time. We had a problem with the tile and grout in our walk-in shower. He explained what the problems were with the original installation and then cleaned the tile and replaced the grout. He also installed shower bars which will help us from falling in the shower. "I can’t recommend Clint and Footprint Floors any higher. We were feeling a little stressed with getting our tile kitchen floor installed and Clint made the whole process easy, and stress free. We had an old home with a non ideal subfloor. Josh was the installer, and he is a 10/10. The job was bid for 2-3 days but ended up taking about 6 due to a rotten subfloor. Instead of cutting corners as most would do, Josh replaced the subfloor and took the necessary time to make sure the floor was level and that the job was done right vs fast. Josh has an amazing attention for detail, and we couldn’t be more happy with how the floor turned out. Hire Clint and Josh if you want a perfect floor install for a very fair price."

"Empire floors did the best project out of several we hired th S summer. Good communication between salesman, office, installers, and customer. They did what they promised, on schedule, for a fair price. Quality of materials is very good. Workmanship varies. Wood floors by Manuel are very nice - all completed in one day, a very nice surprise. Molding should have been angled at joints, but otherwise good. Tile floor in bathroom was a bit sloppy (by a different installer)."
