The pressure washing and priming and painting went without a hitch and the house looks great. The painters were punctual, professional, courteous, efficient and receptive to requests ( e.g., removing an awning and frame, disposing of paint and primer-containing liquid waste at an offsite facility, and excellent cleanup). One larger company offered a lower price but when they came out, the materials they suggested would have been sub-par and the deck would have been plastic-looking.
