"Allen was very responsive and courteous. Overall the job was very fast and efficient and he did come back per his guarantee to work a couple of problem areas. The damage from our cats was so severe that the carpet cleaning could not remove the odor, but this was not due to a lack of effort on Allen's part. He would have continued to return and try to work the problem areas but ultimately we determined that the situation was deeper than the carpet and carpet pad and therefore not under his service guarantee.
