Be very careful reading their contract and record what they tell you. We paid them a lot of money to remove our old deck and replace with a Trex deck. They did not build to code. Added more support boards as theirs were 24? and for Trex should be 12?-16?. Their idea of fixing the issue was to put a few boards but didn?t attach the to the deck. Short cuts and not building to code leaves our deck useless.
Read contracts and signed additions very well. Record what they promise on your project. Be very careful with your decision.
