With our water shut off at the street because the 48 year old, original water line had ruptured, Bobby asked if I would like to hook up a temporary jumper hose from the neighbors house to one of our outside hose bibs. In his words, “You could then live normally until the repair was complete”. He even went to Ace Hardware to buy a F X F washing machine hose to complete the connection, all at no cost to me, no strings attached. After that he worked on providing the first of the three estimates I obtained for the project. I chose O’neill based on this tremendous customer service and my previous experiences with O’neill since 1985. That was a Tuesday and on Thursday morning the crew arrived and began the work. The entire project, installing 90 feet of new 1 inch soft copper pipe, digging 4 necessary access holes at the meter, the driveway, at the front of the house and inside the garage, repairing the garage floor, restoring the yard to original condition and final cleanup took 2.5 days. O’neill utilized state of the art trench less waterline replacement to minimize the impact on our property. The onsite crew of Kyle, Mike and Carl were always courteous, informative and industrious. At the end of each day, we received a project status update and they left the jobsite neat and tidy. O’neill Plumbing earned and deserves this 5 star review

I called three companies before hearing about Red Cedar Plumbing. They others I called before were outrageously priced and didn't hear me when I mentioned I would have the trench excavated and open; all they would need to do is lay the pipe and make the connections. Red Cedar listened and worked with me. They even confirmed the depth they needed the trench to be to pass inspection. They even identified that the City needed to perform repairs on the City's side of the service line, called the City, and were able to get them out quickly to make the City repairs needed. Red Cedar is my plumber of choice and will be the first I call anytime I have a plumbing issue. Granted, I really hope I don't have to make those calls, but if I do, it will be to them

I will first acknowledge that when any contractors are working at your home even under the best circumstances there’s typically a few things that are unexpected and minor damage comes with the territory I’ve learned over the years. Having gotten that out of the way I give Seatown a solid five stars!!! The crew respected my home and protected it as best they could during a large scope of work. I have used Seatown in the past and decided to use them for the scope of work this time even though they are not the cheapest… based on reviews from multiple websites including Angie’s List. They guarantee their labor for a lifetime. (Manager Clay Advised me on that)! WOW!! These guys are so professional, so patient and willing to do whatever they can to please the homeowner (while of course doing everything correctly and to code). I know long reviews can get cumbersome but I want to stress, The updates you get on your job by text and email, The way the guys protect your home and clean up every evening, The way the young guys are a testimony to their profession- i’ve honestly never come across such knowledgeable, detailed, professional young men in the trades. Seatown should be very proud of their apprentices !! Here’s an example of exemplary customer service : accidentally my irrigation system was broken during installation of new water service. I’d like to mention Isaac and Clay who didn’t stop updating me until the irrigation system was fixed and up and running beautifully. The guys often told me “if we damage something that’s on us and we will fix it.” They proved that even when mistakes happen they will make it right. I could tell you specific stories but I think if you’re reading this you just want to know if you should hire Seatown - YES, you absolutely should -with confidence

"They provided a quote for the project. It involved the installation of three iron angle stop and three brass adapters.The quote asked for $984.00. I found this price quote to straight up outrageous and over priced. According to my own research, I learned that the cost of materials would not exceed $40 USD, and about $300 USD per adapter. An airline pilots makes around $100-$ 300 USD , an Engineer a little biit less, and a nurse makes around $60-$70 per hour. It is outrageous that I being ask to pay over $900 for a job that would take leas than 90 minutes to complete. I can’t believe they are companies out there over charging these outrageous prices to the customers

"They first tried unclogging my driveway drain with a snake. It was too big a job for that, so a couple days later they returned, jacked up the concrete around my drain, removed the old broken clay pipe, replaced with new PVC, filled with gravel and poured new concrete.
