Our main goal was rodent control, in addition to insects. We had both indoor and outdoor infestations of mice. It was a battle, but the indoor infestation has been eliminated, and the follow up expertise of Zach and Torrey has trapped the mice in their outdoor hiding places before they could inflict new damage. There are not nearly as many mice caught now, so it is obvious they have learned our home and outdoor area is no longer a welcoming environment. In addition, Zach and Torrey provide great customer service. They listen and explain themselves well, and are meticulous in their work. The office staff at Bulwark are equally great to work with.

Leah did a great job. She showed up on time, spent time talking with me and walking around the property to discuss my concerns and what I wanted done. She was knowledgeable about the bugs that I wanted targeted and addressed additional areas that she would be treating. I would highly recommend Bulwark and Leah. I am a completely satisfied and happy customer

Bulwark technician Alissa was very thorough and texted me with a photo of a rodent entry point at the crawlspace door that leads under my house. I liked the advanced notice that she gave via email of her approximate arrival time and texted me to let me know she's be 30 minutes early. Wonderful service!

Want to thank Torrey -- he came out to do a 30 day follow-up on my new service to ensure everything was working as it should. And--IT WAS!! Yea! Torrey removed a DEAD rat from under my crawlspace, replaced traps, checked & rebaited existing baiting stations and added a couple more. Couldn't ask for better service or a better service agent -- and I especially was happy to get rid of that rat!!

The service was done well and with a smile! Alissa was professional and asked questions so that she could do exactly what I wanted. I was pleased and grateful for her service.

Jereme texted that he was on the way at our request. Very friendly & knowledgeable about pest behaviors to ensure we received the services we needed. We have been having a problem with house ants. Thanks to Leah the problem is getting better! Please keep Leah on our route so she can finish getting rid of the little buggers! LEAH is great

Torey gave excellent customer service and was very professional. Got the job done right and would definitely have him come back if the issue ever arises again. He set bait traps around the perimeter and also inside the home. Im very pleased with the work.

They arrived on time let me know ahead Dave let me what time he would arrive.. as always did a great job cleaning all the cobwebs off of my house and my shed. Sprayed the perimeter of the house around the windows, my shed and inside garage.
