"I enthusiastically recommend Summit Painting LLC (Stuart Riensche, owner) for house and deck painting. They painted the exterior of our house and our deck at the end of May and did an excellent job. The pressure washing and priming and painting went without a hitch and the house looks great. The painters were punctual, professional, courteous, efficient and receptive to requests ( e.g., removing an awning and frame, disposing of paint and primer-containing liquid waste at an offsite facility, and excellent cleanup). They also removed, replaced and painted a deteriorating deck banister. The price was very close to the estimate and was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again when needed."

"Norberto asked a lot of pictures and information before coming out to look at the job site. However, he misdiagnosed the issue and gave an exuberant quote which was 3 times higher than others. He never provided detals work in writing when he was asked to submitted one. Its probably because he is not very knowledgeable in irrigation repair and thus not comfortable to take on the work. We appreciated he came out for estimate anyway."

I’ve had him replace flooring, plumbing and light fixtures, repair drywall, etc. I sometimes just build a list of things, Chris comes by and gives an estimate and a time he can start the work. I leave him a key, he comes in and gets the work done while I’m at work. I come home, everything is finished, cleaned up, and I send him payment.
