The pressure washing and priming and painting went without a hitch and the house looks great. The painters were punctual, professional, courteous, efficient and receptive to requests ( e.g., removing an awning and frame, disposing of paint and primer-containing liquid waste at an offsite facility, and excellent cleanup). "These guys are stellar. My deck was in disrepair and I was uncertain what to do with it - whether to totally knock it down and start anew, or to build on the existing foundation. Also what material to use - composite, wood, etc. They came out, looked at my deck, gave recommendations, and worked within my budget. We went with cedar, and within two weeks, I had an absolutely beautiful new deck, built on the existing foundation. One larger company offered a lower price but when they came out, the materials they suggested would have been sub-par and the deck would have been plastic-looking.
